blue book says over 11,000. It has a brand new 2.0 engine and head. Look that up and see how much that costs. It has around 3 grand in mods. Why would your car not sell for 9 if it had that? I do not care if it sells too much, I still like driving it. I was just thinking about building a different car

for one you should post everything done to the motor. rebuild or just stock parts. and if you do get that much ill be surprised, because its not worth it imo. whats the mileage of the body/trans/suspension?

the motor is brand new from GM. It was installed by sugarland chevy in Houston. The rest of the car has higher mileage.
9,000 is not high for a 2 door 2005 SS/SC modded with a brand new factory engine.
below is a SS for sale with 121700 miles and no mods.

I bought a ZZP 3 " catted downpipe. I built the top end and it blew the inside if the cat into the muffler. While trying to figure out why it would bog down at 4,000 + rpm's it blew the head up off the motor and blew the head gasket.
Sugarland Chevy made sure my warranty went thru and got a brand new engine from Chevy. I was fortunate to have this happen. I have had the new motor in it since Jan.
9,000 may not be worth it to u guys on this forum. But it seems like a good deal. I will post more pics of the car.

cat in muffler

I am betting no one else has ever seen this happen. The car now has a hollow catalytic case. It passes emissions since the tune is for a catless build and it looks like it still has the converter.

I could ask $8k for my car, doesnt mean much.
just saying btw, not picking a fight. ive seen ppl post 06 ss sc's for $11k. doesnt mean they will ever sell the car.
and again, whats the mileage of the rest of the car? trans included. I just had mine rebuilt at 142k with a high end clutch and a set of 4.45s. but I wont get what I want out of the car.

Just replying, I do not feel like anyone is beating me up. The pics need to be updated. The only person attacking me is BlackSSstg2. I like my option B system. However, the people on this forum are more experienced than I, and I am open to suggestions.
No reason to tell me my car is **** though. It really is a fast car, and I have had fun driving it.

You can like it, but it is wrong and doing absolutely nothing for you.

my option B is hooked to my heat exchanger. I made sure I did it correctly. I just used the filler from the stock system to help make sure there is no air. I have the dual bypass and it is hooked to the heat exchanger and the tank. I have had this system on since Jan, it works well.

you see the little nub for a hose coming off your opt b tank? thats suppose to have a hose running into your h/e to bleed the air. otherwise its a waste. id take pics of mine, but its still in the shop.
and again id still like to know the miles on the trans lol
