For Sale 2008 Cobalt SS Coupe, SRTC, G85

For Sale: 2008 Cobalt SS
Color: Sport Red Tint Coat
Mileage: 29,400 miles
Price: $12,400
I was 38 when I bought this car in 2009, so it has been adult driven. It has also been garage-kept the entire time and is a Central Texas car, which means no road salt or harsh winters. The interior is in great shape. It looks basically new except for a crappy driver's floor matt. The exterior is in great shape as well, minus a door ding in the passenger door and a one rashed wheel. The only accident this car saw was a very fat raccoon taken right in the kisser, so the bumper cover was replaced. This happened right after I bought it. There are almost zero rock chips on the front of the car.
The car will be completely stock except for a ZZP intercooler. It is a G85 car. The miles are obviously very low for a 2008. It will come with the original, stock ECM and a Trifecta ECM, which has a 20/24 PSI switchable Stealth tune on it for 93 octane.
Considering that and the fact that it was kept in a garage, the asking price is $14,600. Please keep your thoughts about the price to yourself or direct them to the nearest brick wall. It's getting more and more rare to find a virtually unmolested SS with this kind of mileage.

Thank you, sir. No interest by anyone so far. I reduced the price to 13400 but can no longer edit this thread. That's why I wanted it deleted. I can't explain to anyone exactly how new this car looks. It is something that has to be seen to be appreciated.

I am just going to have to wait for the right buyer. So many of the cobaltss's I see are ragged and still sell for this much. Everyone that comes to look at it is amazed at how clean it is, but nobody can get past the loan value thing. It's a young person's car, and young people have no money.

Cobalt SS's haven't been selling for $15k private party for years. That is probably why you can't sell it. You are giving people the "I really don't want to sell" price. It's not like a Cobalt SS is a collector's car that is going to hold its value or acquire value in the future. It is only going to depreciate every month of every year. He'll I paid $18k for mine brand new from the dealer with 200 miles on it.
