LNF G85 Low Miles
It's been awhile, but looking to get back into the cobalt game - looking for an LNF with G85 and low miles - preferably a coupe but honestly doesn't matter. Mods can be moderate, not looking for anything crazy. So long as the car is clean inside and out and everything works we should be able to work something out. I'm in MA but would be willing to travel a bit for the right car. Let me know.

It's easy to find out if you have g85 just go to your truck lift the liner on the left side it's a sticker from gm if it says g85 it has it, we'll as long as the transmission wasn't replaced

All this talk of G85 is good but just because the sticker says G85 doesn't mean that trans is still in the car.
I know the likely hood of it being replaced with a non LSD is slim but it can and does happen.
As far as I know there is no sure fire way to tell even by the tag other than pulling one axle shaft and looking at the differential.
The other not as sure fire way is to take it for a drive, take a corner and punch it. Does it pull pretty hard as the inside tire spins some? If so that's LSD. If it just goes into a full blown one wheel burnout without much acceleration then it's not LSD.
The good old spin one front tire and see if the other spins the same way DOES NOT APPLY TO THE QUAIFE LSD's

Mine is just collecting dust in my shop. I drive it about 2 miles a month to keep it going. Last time I changed the oil it was still at like 99% after a year. It is a SS Sedan with about 60K miles. All black: inside and out(even seats). Has in-dash GPS, sunroof, G85, charge pipes, cat-less downpipe, and tune. The mileage may be higher than you want, but I figured I would throw it out there since I have been contemplating on selling it more and more lately. Just seems like a shame for it to set there.
