picking up the car this weekend 
heres what me and tom discussed through PMs. i'm able to come this year cause i'm being separated from the army, sucks but whatever. i know theres people on the site that do things for and donate to the wounded warrior foundation. my unit is deployed right now and we've taken one kia and a few wia's since january, not too bad but we're not the only ones out there. so my proposal to tom was to let people donate $5 or how ever much they wanted and i would take them on an 1/8 pass down the track. NHRA/IHRA allows this as long as they have the required safety gear. i'll bring a receipt book with me so we have a total of how much was donated and when i get back home(or we can give the money to him and he can do it through CED for a tax break wink wink) i'll write a check to the wounded warrior foundation for the TOTAL amount donated. total amount meaning i won't be taking anything out to cover race gas costs, etc.. everything dollar you donate will go to the charity. also, if we can convince the track to let me take a passenger down the full 1/4 i'd like to raffle off tickets for that and the winner will go for a ride.
