Impressive numbers, the Cobalts are definitely a great platform.

I'm curious what you're using to modify A/F ratio, and what company are you working with to gain PCM access for tuning? I'm not looking because I'm in competition with you, I'm curious because GM's 355 platform (Colorado/Canyon, yes the trucks) share the same PCM. We've been at a standstill for a while now because of available tuning options, meaning there are none. There is one company waiting to release a turbo kit for the 3.5L due to that, they're claiming almost 400 whp with only 8 psi and no tuning.

What is the meaning of dicey ?

Thats an awsome time. My goal for this summer is to get into the 12s. In the next 3 years i would like to nick the 11s on the stock blower... without "spray" if possible. Keep up the awsome work and keep trying to crack that damn PCM for me!

I see, HP Tuners was supposed to help the company that was making our turbo setup. If I remember right they even sent them a PCM for them to work with, after a year's worth of "we're close" they gave up on them. Hopefully you guys will open some doors for us, every major company out there has been saying "soon" for a year plus now. I can't wait to see what these cars/trucks can do once they're free of the stock programming.

I read in GM High Performance last year that HP Tuners already had software out for the Colorado's. They even did testing with it. Got like 35WHP off tuning on a stock truck.

Yes there is, a club member who lives in another town recorded a couple of passes. I will see if he can host it up for us.

Hi Eric,
You wouldn't happen to have the video's of my Cobalt handy would you?
Thanks,

It's a VHS camcorder. I only got a couple of runs I think. I haven't watched it yet so I couldn't tell you. The camera battery died on me.

I'll get the digital ready for next time you come down. Just let me know when.

Was this run at IRP? If so I can see if someone from one of the boards I'm on got a video.

It's posts like this that make my day. I love the work Intense racing is doing for the community, as they are reputable and making damn good products.

I am going GM Stage 2 for now, but I do have a 2.8" pulley on stand-by for more power. If all goes well with the 3.0" on the dyno, I am going to try the 2.8 on the dyno. When you guys have a way to further tune the ECU, I'll definately be looking you guys up though! Congratulations again!!!!

The 13.27 was at IRP, the 12.94 was at Muncie. I'll be out at IRP again on tuesday.

Hope to be a little quicker.
