2.0L trans fit a 2.4L
here's the story, gm replaced the output shaft in my trans, well there was a small mistake, one bearing fell out and went between the gears, now 3 weeks later they still can't get parts to re-build. may be able to get a 2.0L manual trans, will it bolt to a 2.4L??. i'd rather pay the money and get my car back then wait for warranty to screw around

bolt to, yes, work, no. the 2.2/2.4l uses a different transmission than the 2.0l. the transmissions all use the same bolt pattern so they will bolt up to any ecotec, however things like axles, shifter cables, mounts, wiring, clutch slave, ect likely wont work.

unbeleivable. st catherines eh? I pass by there go to Bicknells often. There must be an intelligent dealer somewhere nearby who can fix your car. and no 2.0 M35 is a non-starter sharkey is right
