4t65e standard output shaft vs. HD output shaft

4t65e standard output shaft vs. HD output shaft

I believe that the standard shaft is 34 splines and the HD is 39. But does anyone happen to know the HD shaft diameter at the splines?

I went to a parts store an measured a CV shaft.

Standard 4t65e = ~1.05", 34-splines. (Same as 4t45e.)
HD4t45e passenger side = ~1.18", 39-splines. (Driver side stays 34-splines.)
