8.1 hours to do a clutch on a 2.0 SS/SC?

I called around 3 places today.... and all of them said a little over 8 hours....
(one said 8.1... one said 8.5... forgot the third)
does this seem right???
I work in a car shop, and the place that said 8.1 is where we send all our transmission business to (we dont do trans's) so i dont think they would lie to us..
they gave me the wholesale hourly rate of $72 instead of $85 normal...
So if i was to get a clutch installed, it would be 583 and 20-50 for resurfacing the flywheel..

the "release bearing" needs to be replaced along with the clutch, most clutch kits will come with one included, its what engages/disengages the clutch when you push the clutch pedal..
