did you even read all my posts... no bad blood, theyre product is not tested thoroughly, period.
and so far you have not given any update as it even being realesed yet...
they simply purchase a competitor's products and copy and re-realese them... i knew this but i simply wanted a free clutch...

To be honest it's people like you who convince companies like ACT to back burner products.
As I understand it the ACT clutch will be released very soon if it's not available already.
I saw a pressure plate model listed on the GM tek. connect a few weeks back for the 2005 LSJ.

You are bitter and flat out wrong. It's more than obvious you are talking out of anger and making things up.

ACT! Where is it?
I am no longer able to wait for this clutch - my car is sitting in the driveway unable to move. Yes, sad to say, but the stage 2 finally did in the 60k mile clutch. So...what is the second choice guys? Please point me in the right direction. It's a daily commuter, but I drive it hard and take it to the local track twice a month all summer long. Thanks for any input!

2nd choice if you can't wait, Exedy.
And if you are wondering what is taking so long I would assume** it's the production of the flywheel. I have to assume that they are forged over seas and take some time to get and do final machine work on. If they don't meet SFI requirements then it's back to the drawing board and another slow boat from china.
**I'm not in the know on this I just know how production works. It's a global market and to stay competitive some manufacturing has to be done overseas to be price competitive. Forging is one such case that pays to do over seas.

hmmm, didnt i warn you guys along time ago about them? i live 2 blocks from them i know alot about that place most dont............. let me just say this, ECONOMY!!!
business are closing left and right by the day where i live.... and ACT has other priorities...
so, now months down the road and i was right... hmmm who would of thought
for those that think im hating on this product, i was just giving a for-warning as i have been waiting almost 2yrs now... i know how it feels.
for 33% more clamping force, i would rather go with gmpp ss/sc clutch upgrade if i were comparing pricing
act def has its place in the aftermarket for high perf vehicle's i just think they dropped the ball on this one.
