Aftermarket Clutch Requirements

So I have finally decided to go with a Spec Stage 2+ for my set-up. But now I need to find out what all I need to get with the clutch. I think I need a new Master Slave Cylinder and new Throw Out Bearings. Is the correct?

Also does anyone know where can I get new throwout bearings besides the dealership?

A Fidanza OR SPEC flywheel will work with the OEM clutch and ANY SPEC clutch kit.

If you have low miles you shouldn't have to replace the slave/TOB.

turbotech could you clearify something, i was doing a search on the spec clutches and i hear that people were having premature failure because of something to do with the stock flywheel and the clutch doesnt really incorporate with it. can somebody respond to this???

I've got 37000, and I learned how to drive a stick in this car. So I'll probably end up getting new throw-out bearings from the dealership (unless someone else sells them). But I'm still undecided about the master slave cylinder.

The SPEC clutch uses the OEM style flywheel, I have no idea who or where this is being stated, we have never heard of this prior to this post.

Fidanza and SPEC flywheels for the cobalt are the same as OEM just make from Aluminum
