Aftermarket clutch and warranty.......?

I would like to know ..... if i purchase stage 1 or stage 2 clutch for my car.....will my warranty messed up or what
i mean if they (gm diler) installes the aftermarket clutch for me and than the tranny for some reason goes dead will they calim that my clutch is the reason for it and than they would nott fix it ?

plz if you know more about this give me some info

my mods are
GM stage 2
air box mod

thats something your gonna have to talk to your dealership about.
no one here can give you an answer to that question.

I can give it a good guess, "your transmission warranty will be voided". At least that's what I was told.....by my stealership. Perhaps his will be better about it.

man wft, if they sell stage 2 s/c kit they should sale stage 2 clucth to match

stock clutch in these cars is just fine with stage 2.
in fact quite a bit beyond stage 2.

not in my car

going from 2nd to 3rd gear at about 70mph and droping a clucth car stays and rpm are moving up

to me thats not ok

at only 5000km?

i'm not to sure...and 90% of the time i drive it normaly shifting at 3000-3500rpms

never had this problem with my mazda protege manual or cavalier manual

Maybe your one of the very few unlucky ones who got a bad clutch....
but the simple fact is there are a shitload of young drivers....driving stick for the first time
or driving a car with over 100ft/lbs of torque for the first time.
and the clutch is paying for it.

that doesnt mean the clutch is weak.

could be, i would say that i'm good at driving and i dont ride my clutch while driving, it sucks
