B&M Short Shifter

What exactly does this do? does it allow you to switch gears without pushing on the clutch pedal? and how does one go about installing this. i see there pretty cheap at TTracing.

Also what are all the differences between the spec stage #(+) clutches. and does that package include the flywheel? lastly will installing a 3rd party clutch void the warranty on any other part of the car?

A short throw shifter just means you have less throw to go into each gear. The B&M is pretty nice but you have to trim it to get it to fit right. It makes third gear a whole lot closer in an SS S/C. I like mine.

I didn't have to trim my shifter at all. And detailed instructions are enclosed with the shifter.
