He knows what he is doing. You do not. What he has done is new and cutting edge, what you have attempted to do and failed at is old. It's ricer 101... slam with an angled fart can. *yawn* Who **** that up these days? Seriously...

You talk about "I don't want to look like every other balt yo" while rolling on stock rims with nothing but sawed shocks and bad attitude...

that's why I'm doing what I can to change my look. I haven't really done anything yet. I bought this car with no intention of going low and I have always been into jdm drift, boso, bippu etc style and I don't make a lot of money. sorry I am so fascinated with the style it's just how I am. I get very enthusiastic about it and people just don't get it.

Kid, there are some people best not to **** with. While I live along ways away from you, there is bound to be people you show your bad attitude to in person. Beware those people because being a badass on the internet is easy......

lol mr chopped springs you're talking about someone that has spent years and probably well past $50,000 into basically re-engineering their car.

don't make him mad, he may be able to come up there and show you how to install a plywood trunk and chop the springs on your car just so you don't look like all the other cobalt around

dude, not a guy to **** with. Especially with what he's been through lately.

and who cares what people on here say, 99.99% of them don't know a ******* thing about cars or how to mod them correctly.
Do whatever the hell you want, it's your car.
**** I remember when back in the day the following were said
These cars can never make over 300whp on the stock motor,
stock clutch is garbage (mine held 400+ whp for over a year)
motor couldn't take 350whp, or 400whp..... blah blah blah.
I still went and proved everyone wrong, and it was fun lol.

you can make 310whp with a completely stock engine if you install a plywood deck in the trunk

lol^ nah paul I was just talking about the mobster guy not rod. I see you guys have come to civilize my thread. while you're here wanna help me out?
I may have found why my axles broke.
my torque damper broke from being an idiot one night with some kids at dpa racing from a dig. I think this may have broken as well, or as a result.
(picture fixed lol)
I don't see it breaking from suspension geometry, it just doesn't make sense.

anyone know the name of that mount? I can't find it anywhere looks like I'll have to visit the dealer tomorrow.

oh wow look at that, it's a crack on the mount caused by pressure coming from the side...

gee, i bet that wasn't because of the axle having absolutely no internal clearance against the intermediate shaft.

hopefully with your new axles, they'll withstand the impact next time so that mount completely breaks off
