Clutch Issues.....Need Help
The clutch when fully pressed to the floor, it will jerk when put into reverse and sometime 1st. Then once it is in gear I can feel it want to go like the clutch is starting to catch then release it will do this randomly and repeatedly while I have the clutch to the floor which makes the car shake. Also the clutch will fully disengage sometimes fully and not others. Now while I am starting to go down the road the shift to 2nd leaves a grind(usually) but 3rd and 4th I have to give it alittle push to get it into gear. I have tried vacumn bleeding and also the valve on top of the tranny and nothing has fixed this problem. I replaced the slave when I did the clutch change about 20k miles ago.
Any suggestions?

Bleed it the manual (two person) way, vacuum bleeding does not appear to do it for the clutch system.
There are some reports of vacuum bleeding causing the slave cylinder to fail........hope that's not the case for you.

What about the master cylinder? I have heard cases of this failing but I don't know how to diagnos this problem as being that, since I don't know the symptoms of the problem

Before you go searching for a new master cylinder you might want to make sure your throw-out bearing is still in good shape. That would have the same symptoms, but I would think the problem would set in gradually. If your problems just started suddenly after you were working on the hydraulics then I've got to agree bleeding manually would be a good next step.

Its a clutchmaster fx300. I had problems with it not disengaging all the way at high rpms but that was nothing like it is now.
Also the throw out bearing does make a clunking noise sometimes when I have the clutch out and it is in neutral
This isnt the first time this has happened, it did it a few times but bleeding it would usually clear it up

my boy had the same SAME issue on his srt4, ended up being he had to adjust his actual CLUTCH pedal. however there clutch is spring loaded i think... we are hydraulic... before you start the car and while its running pump the clutch pedal a bunch... see how that goes
