Have you talked to JBP about it yet? There might be something they can do for you. Can you post some pics?

And what did Jbp tell you? Please give us a little more information without us having to drag it out of you.

it sounds like you may have got a bad batch. it is strange that you have problems. JBP is reputable. they will help you as best as they can. If they are defective they will replace it I am sure. Just keep cool, talk to them, and be polite to not give them any reason to not talk to you. I know you know all that but sometimes we all need a reminder

let us know how everything works out. looking forward to seeing your pics.

the metal piece on the inside is sliding and its making the bushing fall out in chunks.

Ahh that is common with filled bushings. I would contact them and see what they can do for you. I'm sure they will be more then willing to help you out. The problem with urethane is that it has a hard time sticking to smooth metal surfaces. If it happens to cure to fast or the mix is just slightly off they can slip apart. Not a huge deal. I would definitely not say that jbp has a bad product. It looks like a well manufactured part. Its just one of them things that is out of there control.

Read post #13 by CobaltPerformanceParts.

Glad they are replacing them. I didn't think they would give you any hassle.
