Tranny fluid for the SS/SC is special stuff. Only can be gotten through GM and most of them don't have it in stock so you have to order it. You will loose some fluid if you pull the driver side axle or halfshaft out. We left them in with the tranny because I did not have the fluid.

yes but he didnt use any special oil, he used royal purple, i hope he doesnt ruin his tranny by using the wrong fluid
