I was actually told that the LNF clutch was a little bigger than the LSJ clutch. But, this came from a guy who had a stage 2 LSJ, totalled it after buying an upgraded clutch but never installed it, and then ordered one the first LNF's in the state. He sold the clutch he bought because of this.

Btw, I'm going DSS s2 axles and OTTP trans mounts too. I like the poly trans I now have, but worry about the axles and tranny each time I'm at the track.

It looks like it comes with a upgraded TOB. Not a very clear picture but it looks like the LNF TOB which we saw in person at the plant and it looked beefier.

so, what r ur guys estimates with how much the stock LNF axles can handle (compared to LSJ stock axles)? how many splines do they have?

i mean if they can handle just as much as the stage 2 DSS axles then why not go with the GM product? hell, the more $ I spend that goes into GM's pocket, the more likely they are to stay in business... (overstatement but u get what i mean)

I am pretty sure the spine count is different on the F23 than the F35

Well if the LNF stage kit is rated at 340 lb-ft, then that would be sufficient for my needs.

That stage kit is a

The numbers projected are the equivilent of taking off the torque management...and turning the boost up with stock timing.

Why would they rate a clutch in HP instead of torque?

but the benefit of the stage kit is getting the sensors to let you boost over 23 psi not the tune itself.. if the tune is unlocked then it'll be rather easy to see a 500 hp balt made

That is an expensive IF

And you can get plenty of HP out of a turbo that flows well at 22 PSI

You don't need 30 to make 500 HP...and you can always do it the old fasioned way, and tune it if you run over that.

do you need 30 psi to make 500 ? no not at all .. do you need over 22.5 ... theres a good chance unless you dont want full spool till 5k because you're rrunning a stupid huge turbo

but this isn't about stage kits

If GM is still in business by March I'll be calling CED so I can have them ready for the drag racing season...

They won't make you launch any harder.

They will make it able for you to launch harder with out breaking anything.
