Okay I know I dont have the sought after G85 package with LSD and Recaro's but I think somehow I have the LSD. I was driving around a corner near my apartment and I got on it in second gear. Smoke started rolling from the inside tire(duh) but then it made a strange humming and and a click noise and the inside tire stopped spinning. I have the clicking sound and whirring sound that an LSD makes could it be possible that my car has an LSD or is all in my head. It is a 2006 Non G85 SS/SC.

open yer hood and look at yer tranny from the top, mine says LSD, ingraved on the tranny.

LSD makes no diff in wheel hop or off the line on this car. I have driven both. And the only time you can tell you have LSD is in a corrner. The inner tire will not spin at all. They both brake free at the same time for the most part.

I dont have LSD and can leav 2 marks on the ground that would make you think I do have it.

Ive driven both also and the smoothest launch came from the one with the lsd, i let alphajaguar5, who has no lsd <just a tourqubrace>, lauch my car and he said "thats rediculous." Believe it if u want to man, but i bet your only saying that cuz u dont have it. I even drove JCARSS's G85 Balt and it launched just like my LSD RL. I recommend u go drive that lsd again. Infact, go search. This debate was deemed over when one of the forum members here did some kind of testing. It seems like this debate comes up twice a month man, if the lsd isnt so great then why do people want it, yep it helps carve corners but it shines when ure going in a straight line!
