In need clutch advice!

So my clutch went out last week and ive been looking into gettin a performance clutch.Im wantin to go with a clutchmasters stage 4. My car is currently stock with only a cai and exhaust. My plans for the car are to make between 350-400 hp with a tvs and all the required goodies to get me there. My question is can i run a stage 4 with my current setup? I figure since my clutch is already done for, i might aswell go for a performance clutch that will hold up for my future mods. If my thinking isnt correct, please let me know what i should do as far as what clutch to get. Thank you!

I have the car you are wanting. 350whp tvs car, and I am on a gmpp upgrade clutch. My stock clutch never slipped with over 60k on it and now my gmpp upgrade clutch has never slipped with over 60k on it. It's all in how you drive the car and how much you beat on it etc. Pick your clutches carefully man.

I will always favor stock / gmpp upgrade over anything else. My next build with 400whp, will also use a new gmpp upgrade clutch kit because I know they can handle it.

Hook - read his user name, clearly he has a ss/sc lol.

Clutchmasters Clutches 05-07 Cobalt SS - 05-07 Chevrolet Cobalt SS Supercharged Drivetrain Parts, Clutches, Axles, Short
read up on the stages
stage 3 is 330-380 and stage 4 is 380-450

Look into a flywheel too or yours could get ate up with that much power and aftermarket clutch

I know i dont abuse my car at all but im sure the previous owner did. Since i picked the car up from a dealership in my area, ive babied it for that specific reason. I didnt want something like this happening but its apparent to me that the person who owned it before me drove it hard. So BlackTVS, hows the driveability on your gmpp clutch and where can i purchase one at? And which upgraded gmpp clutch is it that you have?
