Talking new clutch

its time for a new clutch , slave and fly wheel ...im currently stock but plan on getting i-h-e and going stage 2 or 3 within the next 5 months ....any suggestions

I'm gonna assume your an LSJ? the GMPP clutch is a great upgrade.

aaron i only see a stage 4 clutch would that be fine on my lsj for the time being til i mod

well acutally stage 4 doesnt make sense where im at right now

KY Stage 3 will take EVERYTHING you wanna throw at it on a SS/SC even if you upgrade to a M62...

KY not GMPP...
fixed arron lol, and yes a ky stage 3 will be perfect for almost 98% of all ecotec setups out there with the lsjs. just remember when ordering a clutch to not limit yourself. Which means dont get a clutch rated at 300 ft lbs or 350 when you either have more wtq or close, and if you have more planned mods down the road..

most lsjs stay below 300 hp lol (not bashing anyone )

Sounds to me the GMPP would be the better choice if that's all he has planned. The KY stg 3 is a bit much if you don't absolutely have to have it.

or B. ebay exedy oem clutch kit w/ fidanza flywheel
or C. lsj upgrade kit 19212712 with oem flywheel

AB or C let me knoww

Why stage 3 clutch tho? Even with a TVS it's hard breaking 300 or 325 ft torque so 475 seems overkill lol. Or maybe I still need more information on clutches lol

You can order a stage two. What we are saying is it would be benificial to go with the stage three since more grappying force and is able to hold more so your not close to the holding power.

This, i have an LNF and the clutch is perfect. I will be replacing it with stock when it finally gives out (which i'm expecting to not be a long time from now) 53k miles already going strong on 300hp.

It's basically like a gmpp friction disc but with the better.featured pressure plate.
