Nonsense with the tranny

So, here is the deal, first problem I had was about 3 weeks ago, my clutch went sour. Went to a dealer and got a new clutch installed. Then, about a week later, my second gear synchro went. Got that replaced at the same dealership, took them three days. First day I got it back, car was fine. Then every day after that, downshifting into second was grinding. Now I get a grind at high RPM's and downshifts into second. What the hell is wrong with my car? I know how to drive it, I was not driving hard and I have the same problem that was just fixed. Should I take it back to the dealer, or go to a new place? Or is this just the new part breaking in and Im just over reacting?

when down shifting at high RPMs do you engage the clutch, down shift, tap the accelerator to raise RMPs, the disengage the clutch? it will make for alot smoother down shift+easier on the clutch. But, if its still grinding they probably didn't fix it right, have a diff. dealer look at it

I do. I always ease it in just to be sure. I think Im gonna take your advice and get another dealer to check it out. Just wish it was something quick and easy to look at, I cant be without a car, no car=no job
