Oil and clutch questions

Sorry in advance for the long post, and sorry if any of the questions seem dumb. First, I was going over everything under the hood just looking around making sure everything was in order and noticed some oil behind the oil filter (pictured below.) I checked the oil level while it was running and it was good, and after it cooled down and it was good. I haven't smelled any oil burning and there aren't any spots in the garage. Could it just be the filter leaking from the last oil change? I drove it home from zzp this past Friday (260 miles) and everything went completely fine.

Second, I had a new clutch (south bend stage 4+) and flywheel installed, and this is the first car I've ever had a new clutch in (besides brand new cars) and had a few questions. I was told to take it easy for a few tanks of gas and just do normal daily driving. So that's what I've been doing and have barely gotten into boost at all, maybe 5-10 psi max and shifting easy between gears. When I depress the clutch and shift gears, it lets out a squeal the same pitch and the same length each time. It's not very loud and can't hear it at all if any music is on. Is this normal on a new clutch? Also, it almost hesitates sometimes under low acceleration around 1500-1800 rpms. It doesn't do it every time and sometimes it doesn't do it at all. Any ideas if it's normal or something is wrong? Thank you anyone that can help at all.

I'm seeing the same thing around my oil filter too.
Anybody know what that dusty/black residue is from?

That oil behind the filter area looks like someone was sloppy removing the used filter, and some dripped off.

Could be from a leaky cam cover gasket too. Check around the gasket area.
