Pclears short throw shifter
well im goin to start off by saying this thing is amazing. i got it monday and installed it yesterday. It was very well packaged and he kept very good communication with me.
Now on to the technical stuff....The shifter seemed very heavy when i was just holding it but now that it is in it doesnt seem heavy at all. The cup on the side arm it comes with doesnt fit on the 2.2 so you have to remove it and put the stock one back on. It didnt come with instructions but its pretty much the same as the TWM shifter except you dont have to cut you console. i installd it in around an hour and a hlaf and i have never done this before. the hardest part for me was getting the linkage undone. well once i got it installed i took it out for a test drive and man it felt way better than stock. it felt smoother and much quicker.also it looks x100000 better than the base model shifter. well it was worth every penny and i would recommend it to any one looking for a cheaper short throw shifter.
I do have one question.... will petroleum jelly work as grease/lubricant for the shifter? it is all i had at the time so i put some on it but i want it to be perfect and was wonderin if i should pull it apart and use somethin else.

yeah. You can go to the site and click the download instuctions. It's not much that you have to cut, but if you screw up, well you're f**ked!
I'm still probably going to get the TWM and install it when it gets warmer!
