i had problems with mine from the first day i got it, brought it to the dealer, they said nothing was wrong. little over 4000 miles the clutch went, ended up buying an after market clutch, dealership installed for free tho. Still 4000 miles on a so called preformance clutch, no excuse!

I have 7K on it now and the only time I get any problems is under hard acceleration. I guess it's to the stock clutch and onto a Spec. But I guess the biggest thing I have about the whole deal is that the stock clutch shouldn't slip with the S2.

i never had any problems with it sliping and i do drive pretty hard. i did baby it for the first 2000km or so but after that alot of hard driving, little bit a racing and a few small burnouts. i now have about 14000km on it now, but well see once i get more seroius mods, if it will still hold up.... but i do have plans on putting in a spec stg3+ once i need it.

I have 1800 miles on my 06 ss s/c. clutch does feel sorta wierd at times only it's after its fully released. i have never felt a clutch slip before so im not positive if thats whats going on. but ill be accelerating from 1800 rpm's or so and around 2100 for example it feels like it stops pulling a little and then starts again.....hmm wish i only knew

have 22,000 miles and apparantly according to GM that changing front tires to an all weather tire doesnt make ur clutch slip.....its just blows apart ur transmission (oh, and its not covered under warranty)

A little over 4300 miles and no problems but I have had other weird problems. Like water coming through the microphone for the car phone and ONSTAR.

spankin new

500 miles on a 2.4 5spd and and the 1-2 shift sounds like a preganant Yak. I do not like the 1-2 slip at all and it has done it since I got it with 6 miles on it. I do not know how to explain it other than that. It is not crisp at all. Maybe after I am done babying it I will notice a difference but at this point I am just monitoring the situation. Prolly just got to get used the clutch, but I thought I could chime in.

slipping at 4k

had my SS S/C for 6 weeks now, 4k miles and mine is slipping biiiiig time b/t first and second it really sucks.....i've only done two actual burnouts and i dont think that should be enough to kill a brand new clutch. Hopefully i can either get the warranty to cover this or just suck it up and buy a stage 2 or 3.
