Thanks ever one. so far so good.
Im going to work on geting GM to admit there is a problem and see about geting it fixed.
And if all els fails you atleast have something to show your dealer to prove that your not alon and that the clutch dose fail more then they want to admit to.
later and keep it up guys. And pleas keep it on topic and clean!
Thanks!

Stop riding the clutch out. That's what's causing this. I am also guilty of it in first gear, which I have fixed with a tune. Have your boost limited in 1st gear, and you can just about drop the clutch in first without worrying about spinning the tires and getting dreaded wheel hop.
Our clutches are pretty strong, but are not meant for babying. Once you start riding it out like a granny, she will slip. She loves it rough, try to avoid riding out the clutch and watch the difference in grabbing power.

Any of you guys noticed any clutch slippage when making turns? Whenever I make a right hand turn and accelerate hard, my clutch has slipped...this was when I was in 2nd gear. And it's been the same since I got the car. Now I have about 26000kms.

Just hit 21k miles. Stage 2, GMPP exhaust. Daily driver, and I rarely drive it hard. Last week, clutch felt like it was a feather... and I think it is about to **** the bed . Running like crap

Only time I got it to slip was a few days ago... I was in rush hour bumper to bumper traffic for about an hour. An hour of stop, start, clutch in, stop, start again... I did a u turn because the road was closed, got on it good in 1st to about 5k and it slipped to all hell when i shifted to 2nd. That was due to the glaze from the traffic not to mention it was probably hot as hell. Only other times I have slipped it have been from driver error. I have no problem howling 2nd gear and chirping 3rd with the stock clutch. 23,000 miles.
