Shifter cables...

Can someone help me out and send me a pic of how twit shifter cables are positioned? These things are a pain in my ass and cat get them right to where the shifter feels right. It's terrible. It's a hurst sts, I never really liked it but now it's really pissing me off.

If anyone has a stock shifter, pm me. Or a twm that they're trying to get rid of.

Thanks everyone.

Slide the left cable in small increments until it feels right. It took me about 10 minutes to get it right. Ill try to get a picture if i remember.

I just installed my sts Friday and my side to side cable didn't really need any adjusting it was just the front and back cable that I had to adjust. I ended up popping the clamp loose and pushing the shifter forward to where it was putting pressure on the cable like it was about to shift up in third but was still in neutral then clamped it back down there. That was the only place the shifter felt comfortable for me.
