Somebody pleease heeeellp!!!! Tranny

background: So i messed up something in my ZZP transmission…don't know what it is but i could not put it any gears after a hard 3rd pull. the clutch was really hard and springy. so i have the transmission out with engine but it will not separate from the engine block. i have all the bolts that connect the engine and tranny disconnect and have the transmission hooked up to a hoist of the ground, like the transmission is holding all the way and it still won't separate. i have tried wedges and pro bars…..im out of options. WHAT IS GOING ON? AM I FORGETING SOMETHING, LIKE ANOTHER BOLD BESIDE THE ONES AROUND THE HOUSING…. PLEASSEE HEELP!!!

YESSSSS!!!! i got it. so i got a really really really big pri bar, hoisted the trans by the upper mount and just jumped on it for about an hour. Then just as i was about to quit and take it in to a tranny shop it got about 1in more of sep. about 15 min later it came off….. so once i took the clutch off everything but the pressure plate was bent or broken, 2/4 springs where bent and the friction melted them to each other. **** was not pretty, now i need 2 new gaskets a clutch and and begin re assembly of this beast. Thanks to those of you who chimed.

based on the carnage ( really good album you linked to) I am not sure if you would accept the answers. I dont believe you will find a clutch that will handle what its subject to. in your car. I am almost certain the trans will be damaged internally, the input shaft splines certainly are damaged. Good luck with your quest.

will the small damage on the input shaft really be that bad? and the gears still go in now and the transmission turns without a hitch. I drained all tranny fluid and had no metal shavings.

My WHP/TQ number are at full boost, which i don't plan on running at, since its catastrophic at times but will be more at around 400 WHP/TQ.

If you feel good about it, go for it. Honestly, we had one with messed up clutch disc splines and we hammered it onto the input shaft to fix them. On and off a couple times and we put it all back together. It is hold about 350-400ft/lbs just fine.

I vote pound and old clutch disc on there to straighten them out and run it.
YOLO.

they are really not as bad as they look in the picture, its mostly metal shavings melted from the clutch on there not real damage to the splines.
