Spec clutch questions
Couple questions. One does anyone have the Spec stage 4? Are there any problems with it? I had a CM stage 3 installed and it was to big and scarred up the tranny so it went back to stock, the next day, and the kid sold it to someone else due to internal conflicts. So I looked around and I think I want the stage 4. Yes I know it will be rough engagement, as this won't be my first performance clutch, just first for the Balt. Also Spec doesn't say at all what the holding power of the clutch is. My guess is it's probably 340 ish. Cna anyone confirm. Thanks.
BTW I'm going for the Non Spec style since I have a fidanza flywheel already.
Also what is the thread size of the pressure plate to flywheel bolts. I need a helicoil pack since one was stripped during last install.

I saw on a site that the Spec stage 2+ is suppose to hold up to 440

spec stage 2 is garbage(carbon-kevlar sucks in terms of wear, noise, and feel), i really think either a stage 1, which is what i have is decent for mild power and much better than stock, but really, if your goin ***** out, stage 3+ has the power handling of a beast and a stock feeling pressure plate, if they offer that for this platform i really recommend it. they're widely used with us cdw-27 peeps!

It is really easy on the legs..takes a bit to get used to it..But really happy with it..I here alot of people say they are crap..but if you resurface your flywheel and make sure everthing is tightened to spec i dont see a issue..I have notice some noise but no big deal..
