Spec Stage 2+ clutch w/Stock Flywheel?
Is there any problems with using the stock flywheel with Spec Stage 2+ clutch? I am not sure what the difference would be with getting a Fidanza Flywheel vs using Stock, and I don't wanna screw up and have to pay for a second clutch job

Gm doesnt recomment resurfacing the clutch but people do it anyways with no problem, so if you want to take a chance go for it, if you want to be safe just buy another flywheel

if anyone wants to know, I have been using a new stock flywheel with a Spec Stage 2+ clutch (from TTR!) going on 4months and still good. I have to say I've put around 10k mi on it so far.

It will work just fine on the stock one, the only reason to go fidanza is the lighter weight, which helps the car put more power to the wheels instead of using it to accellerate the weight of the flywheel. If your stock flywheel is good, meaning that your clutch was not slipping when it was removed, then I'd say just re-use it as is. If not, then replace it with a new OEM one at least.

I have heard bad things about re-surfacing the oem flywheel. If you're going to spend the money to change the clutch, I would go ahead and get a new oem flywheel. They are not as expensive as you would think.
Oh and if you use the oem flywheel w/ the spec 2+ make sure to order the one that says SAC (Self Adjusting Clutch)
