Well, I do not know for certain, but I suspect, that there are far fewer F23 conversions, than F35. Economy of scale.
That said, I am curious if there is a technical reason as well.

quaife supplies gm with the limited slip in the f35, so when they brought it onto the market for retail, all the r&d was done, they had a product ready to go so it makes it cheaper for them to sell to the retail public. for the f23, it costs quaife a lot more to produce as they are selling as many of them because they are not going to a car manufacturor, just to the retail public.
its the same deal with the srt4 quaife diff, its cheap.
