wont go into gear(buzzing sound)

wont go into gear(buzzing sound)

well i just hit 100K on my car today and now its cursed. when i try and put it into gear it give a crazy buzzing sound. kinda like a wind up toy. any suggestions on what this can be? master cylinder? i replace the TOB about 10K ago along with the clutch fyi

Could be the master, could be the tob/slave, could just need bleeding......whatever it is your clutch is not disengaging - the buzzing noise is your gears getting turned into shavings so don't be trying to drive it like that.

Check the fluid level in the resevoir.
If the fluid level is good, bleed the system and try it.
If it is low, try and determine if the clutch system is leaking anywhere. If no leak found, top it up and bleed the system.

This would be a basic starting point at least....good luck
