!@$$ cobalt radio harness!

does someone have a minute to help me out, I'm getting a double din radio adaptor, Future shop told me I needed a $120 harness so my car works right (WTF?!)

after googling I saw a thread that said I dont need that $100 harness.

if someone has a minute could they post me an ebay link to the harness I need? I dont want to spend $100 if I dont have to, I dont care if I cant use steering wheel controls anymore.

are these what I need? (sorry I'm HORRIBLE with car audio )
METRA 95-2001 2006-2010 CHEVY COBALT LS DASH KIT AUDIO RADIO INSTALLATION STEREO | eBay

Thanks for helpful responses in advanced I was going to buy it used off a guy, but now he's being a dick about paypal now, he thinks I'll rip him off (yeah cuz $25 is really worth ripping someone off.. a$$ hole) so now he wont ship till ebay clears payment in 8 days and I cant wait that long because I'll be back in class so I'm just gonna ebay it.

it will depend on what stereo is in there now.

for example, if you have the plain jane, no option base deck, the basic no frills harness will work with the only need to run a power wire and illumination to make everything perfect. You won't lose anything otherwise.

I did it in my 2006 cobalt that had the base $h!t stereo.

if you have the deck that displays the info on it and on star or whatever, you'll likely need the special harnesses to keep things working as expected if you're worried about keeping things operating as stock.
