very nice. I have 2 kicker L5 12". I bought them with a dual kicker box, and then bought a single box with the port in the front. I was surprised to see that the single box was just as big as the dual box. But ya, I was thinking about molding mine into my trunk, but I need to do one thing at a time here. I'm working on my interior and I cant afford to be dumping money into 3-5 different projects. Sooo, for now, my subs will continue to sit in my room. But good looks. Kicker amp too? I'm going with 2 phoenix gold 600 watt comp d amps. Drop each sub to 1 ohm a piece! I like going deaf. lol. But I hope it turns out well and I can't wait to see the finished project!

im waiting to buy the amps. they r expensive, but cheap for what ur getting. I was gonna go with the kicker 1200watt amp, but the ones i saw were 2 ohm, and in comps i wanna be 1 ohm, soooo for the same price run with 2 subs, 2 amps, and hook a switch up so i can run with 1 sub n 1 amp so i'm not draining everything and i can still bump around without any second battery, alternator swaps...prolly just buy a yellow top optima and call it a day. but yeah i deff wanna see how this bitch turns out.

you should have used MDF rather than particle board and should have added more bracing to the top or you will have to use alot of duraglass to fill that pocket up top.

did you go buy the needed measurments of space for the sub to sound right when you made this? cause i've been thinking about making one of these but i know a rectangular box will always sound the best and it would be hard as hell to find the cubic feet of sometihng curved haha.
