06 lsj aftermarket HU install without "special harness"

So I read the sticky's and it said that on 06 you wont lose any factory chimes if you install a aftermarket HU.

So I don't want to spend $89 for the "special harness"
I have onstar but do not use it, system is the pioneer.

Is there some sort of gemeric harness that isn't that expensive that I can hook up a after market HU ?

Only get an OnStar compatible harness if you plan on using it.
Otherwise, you can get a harness that doesn't support OnStar.
