Talking 2005-2006 CHEVY COBALT DIRECT iPOD + AUX INPUT W/ TEXT

Ok. So I decided that I hated using an FM modulator for both my iPod and Sirrus Sat Radio. The sound was marginal at best. So I decided to take the plung and buy this item from Intergrated solutions on e-bay seeing as in the 05-06 cobalts there is no AUX port.

Well I finally got around to installing it yesterday and all I have to say is WOW. What a difference. I have both my iPod and Sat. Radio connected and it is finally nice to listen to my music the way it should sound with no lull in volume or the constant static.

So if you have a 05-06 cobalt and would like to connect a couple of media sources this is the ticket. It was very easy to install. I have not quite figured out all of the features yet but from what I've seen so far it is a breaze to operate. It is so nice to now take full advantage of our premium sound system.

Cheers and Highly recommended, Good work Intergated.

The only thing I found that was a bit of a bitch was trying to get the radio back in with that monster cable. haha

OK, I don't want to hijack the post but I do have a question. Say I just wanted to connect one media source like the auxiliary input on the front of the newer style cobalt radios. Is there an aftermarket connector designed for just that???

This unit will alow that. You do not have to have the iPod attached. I run the iPod with the supplied cable and my Sat. Radio through the Aux feature. You can just run the Aux I beleive. You can email the didtributer and ask him questions. I beleive there is a link to a support site.

cheers
