Aftermarket SUB in factory location...

Are there any Subs out there that are louder and have better bass response than the stock sub while being able to fit into the stock enclosure without having to modify it whatsoever? Thanks!

Well you could probably find a little better sub, but then the amp would probably be limiting the new sub so they would both need to be replaced.

I just didn't wanna have to wire up a separate amp for the new sub...I like the factory enclosure b/c it doesn't take away any of my trunk space. Have never really had any since I've pretty much always had 2 15's in the trunk...

then you should keep the factory sub! if you want louder your going to need a bigger amp.... just changing the sub may change the sound a little but youd still be running the same amount of power to it! and then you gotta worry about the ohm impedance on the new sub and will it work with the factory amp, and if anythings wrong youll fry your factory amp or your new sub. keep the factory sub box get a lowpro sub, and mount the new amp to the back of your back seat on the left side(looking in the trunk) you will only need a small amp it will not take up any room and run your wiring under the trunk mat.
