Good deal, but what website is this through? And no, not only a pair, it will work fine with your sub. Let me know what website though, some are scam artists even though they look legit.

brand new Rockford Fosgate R500-1 Mono Amp.

Bass knob wired under the steering wheel

Wires.

Installation

$285 installed....

Im happy and it hits hard

they tried telling me the sub is starting to rip though. :/

idk what other sub id go with. but it hits pretty hard. and i havent pushed it either.

im prolly going to put my seat down and see how it hits that way

ok ill try to explain.

theres the plastic that screws to the box. then the foam bubble looking outer ring. then the rubber on the walls if you wanna say

between the foam bubble looking outer ring and the wall of the sub. he said it looked weak. didnt look like it to me though

ah i c... so theres no holes or rips right now but whoever you talked to said it looked fatigued.

Just fyi if it starts becoming a problem and you see a small rip you can put silicone on the inside (for cosmetic reasons, you can put it on the outside instead if you want) as long as its a small portion. Its not perfect but it will hold up well over time. Just make sure if you do do it on the inside you want to let the sub dry outside of the box for at least 24 hours

yea sounds like they want to get you to buy another sub or get a recone.....if you don't see any visual deterioration don't worry about it....if it ain't broke don't fix it.

try facing the sub backwards... it might just be the way it is. some music is just prone to that
