Anybody have the Subthump box for the Cobalt installed?

2005-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt 2dr Subwoofer Enclosure

I want more bass than I currently have. Not overpowering but just something more than I have. I currently have a memphis sub in the stock enclosure with an Alpine amp

Can I get some recommendations please

Thank you

I have one ported 10" sub in my trunk and it is great for sound and not over powering at all.

just thought I would go for something that fit snug?

Suggestions? I have a memphis sub and alpine amp now with factory HU and I think my bass sounds like ****. Not a nice clean pound.

i mean you can but the fact it fits snug means it blocks sound travel up front to your ears. so unless you drive from in the trunk a normal sub box would sound better than this.

I have 2 12 mtx ts55 in a custom box. before that i had 2 12in kicker comp cvr 12's (these sound real good!!!) with a sealed 10 in box cut to fit 12's. if you lived closer i could sell them to you cheap. Since it was originally a 10 inch box it fit right up against the back of the seat and fit really nice

heres my set up ( doesnt rattle the trunk at all since the subs are faced in)

pretty much no, there is a little bit of space that i can set something small on top of the amp and something small in front of the subs, but i rarely use my trunk ( if i need to go grocery shopping or something that is what the girlfriends car is for haha)
