anyone know how to set up a 6x9 as a sub?

i had an extra header for my crx, and traded to this guy at work for 2 200 watt amps, a pioneer 6x9, and the same pioneer 6x9 in a cast 6x9 sub box. i know about working on cars, but i know absolutely jack **** about car audio. so what power amp would i need to do just that as a sub?? and other things i might need?? i don't need 15 12''s in my car or anything stupid like that, as i own a crx, and with 4 infinity speakers you can hear the **** from half a mile away. (I also listen to metal, so i don't need ridiculous amounts of bass., but the i listen to my music LOUD so i have the bass turned down so i don't blow the speakers easily)

It's all about playing with the low/high pass filters on the amp you're using. a 6x9 won't give that much great bass though.

ya a 6X9 isnt a sub and the only way to "trick" it into acting like one is putting it in a ported box tuned low. Even then its not going to be super loud, then again it is a CRX so if you play your cards right
