Audio input

can anyone tell me if the 09 Cobalt SS has a USB port in the center console?
i know there is one on the dash but are there any other audio inputs for ipods other than that thing on the dash, i want my stuff hidden so no one steals it

or in the glove compartment

why not just unplug your ipod when you get out of the vehicle? lol

lol... it seems like i remember it not having a center console but idk it's been so long sense i been in one. i'm picking mine up thursday *giggle

but i couldn't remember to save my life. the one on the dash is bottom left on the head unit.

it seems like i rmemeber there being another one but i think i'm thinking about one of the other thousand cars i've looked at lol

if u felt COMFORTABLE enough to hack into the stock deck, u could solder into the appropriate USB wires(Since the USB port is on the front of the deck, this should be "easy" to find, and run a cable anywhere u want out of sight.

lots could go wrong though....i'd go for an ebay stock deck the first time around....

Pain in the ass.

Just use at least a 3 ft cord and unplug it when you get out.

Not too hard.
