Battery keeps dying
My battery keeps dying when i let my car sit for 2 days, the battery is 100% dead the remote on my keys wont even unlock the doors hell i cant even pop my trunk from the button on the inside of the car. I already had classic Chevrolet replace my battery and clean my cables but im still have the same problem. I was just wanting to know if any of you guys have had this problem before and if this is a common problem with our cars and what i should do about it?
Any input?
Would the tune have anything to do with it?

No upgrades except for a Valentine One radar detector and keep it plugged in. But my brother has the same radar detector and keeps his plugged in and has no problems with his batter, even the people at Valentine say its ok to keep it plugged in because it doesn't draw that much power.
Btw your sig = win!

Yeah I was having the same problem with my radar detector, car was dieng. After Sitting for a couple days 2-3. I believe it was my radar detector because I havent had it die yet and it was plugged in when it was dieng. You can go to autozone and have them do a Full power Test tho. They can see if theres aynthing draining your battery after your car is off.
Let me know what you come up with.

^this. unplug the radar first and then if that doesnt solve the issue start at square one at the battery and start running through your entire electrical system to check it all. or take it to the dealer and tell them to do it

You could also test it yourself if you have a multimeter. You shouldn't be drawing anymore than 40-60mA. That would be about max when car is off and if it is higher you may have a problem. If you have a multimeter just test it yourself. Test parasitic drain with your radar plugged in then test it again with it unplugged and if the mA is significantly lower with it unplugged then the radar is your problem.

Battery?
Load test the battery correctly, it is not uncommon for them to go bad. They may show 12 volts while sitting in our trunks, but as soon as a load is put to them, they drop severely. Take the battery out and have it load tested by someone that knows what they are doing.

Okay duralast in and working great... now I just need to wait two days, lol. Did a load test on acdelco battery that came in car. I charged it for 15mins with jumper cables and patient gf. The load test showed 0% charge and and a load test of 170. the battery labels claims 290. this was done 12hrs after charging

So I asked the clerk what that means, she simply said it means it might hold a charge, it might not, lol. I told her the answer to that. By the way.... whats that grey plastic tube the enter the left side of the battery (negative side)?!?! Its towards the top. plugs into a plastic L tube. Mines cracked so I hope it does absolutely nothing.
