well i've decided myself to put my solobaric l7 15 with the mtx in the balt this coming weekend. The car is rattling and popping on its own already so i figured what the hell. Can't wait to see how it hits!

I'd look into some Pioneer Premier 12's, the ones with 3000 watt capability...And then power them acordingly. If you want something you can get loud, JBL GTi Subs.... or RF Power T2's...there the ones I like.
I've got some old school RF Punch Power DVC's in my Cavalier, 2 12's, and there loud at half power, I can't wait to hear them at full power.

radio shack subs rock! you know the ones that only cost like 3.95 for the set... i rock my 72 blue pinto with those bad boys,, rollin down the street distorting the tunes.. jk
for cars i like the kicker L7s. i have never had a problem with them.. now off topic the best sub i have ever heard and had the pleasure to own is the bass tech 7 servo driven subs... i **** in my pants a little every time we get to bust them out... so so sweet...

I forget the model number but Personally I have 2 Dual brand 12" subs with a Jensen 425 watt amp and they knock the pavement. They are in a Fosgate showbox and I added some L.E.D.'s to make it real pretty. Heres a pic.... The best thing for me is that there is no rattle or anything for me.
heres the amp

Running 2 Type R's each off of MRP-350 mono amps, 1 Cap, Unknown model number Kicker Cross over.
If Ill break the 125 mark Ill be happy. Ill post up Sunday with results
