can u aim your fogs?

i installed a hid kit in my fogs. the cutoff line on my passenger side is a lil shorter than the driver side. so i was wondering if u can aim ur fogs to point up higher?

The headlight design for the car is nice, but it's a pain to get them out. I got the 2nd gen projectors for my car. Passenger side was easy to get out. Driver side was a pain, and I ended up scratching the small lip underneath the headlight when I took the stockers out.
