do i need a wiring harness?

i have a 08 LT without onstar...

the headunit i am ordering comes with this.. can i just wire this up to the wires behind the radio?

do you have pionner?

all that does it connect to another harnes that you have to wire (hard wire) together

no i dont have pioneer, just a base 4 speaker system

bump i need to know asap

bout to order my full system when mom gets home ahah cant wait

ebay get teh malibu harness and be done with it.

ahhh im lost.... i dont think i need a harness because my stock radio, it had 2 plug things on the back

this one only has 1 plug.... but it looks like the one included has all the wires i need

get the metra 2022 but make sure u get the right one, mine came pinned wrong and i had to repin it my self

that harness in your picture gets crimped/soldered together to another wiring harness then it plugs into the 2 plugs behind your car

Boy I hope I got here fast enough...

DO NOT CUT YOUR FACTORY WIRING HARNESS OFF!!!

The harness that came with the radio is designed to be wired to a second, separate harness designed to plug into the cars harness. So no, the one harness alone is not enough.

yea i kinda realized that after i took my dash trim off and took the radio out to take a look for myself

but what harness do i need... i know its the metra 2202..... but the other guy said make sure i get the right one...

can i get a link to the one i need

NO ONSTAR, NO PIONEER....
