Double Din without losing DIC or Chimes
here is a double din you can install with your single din aftermarket deck without losing the DIC or chimes. Its kinda expensive but if you look you can get 50% off of it if you buy a deck that's $129 or more from the site. I really recommend using this site, they give you adaptors for everything to adapt to stock harnesses, most of the time for free. I bought my 6 1/2's and 6x9's from here and they gave me adaptors to fit the stock harness and they also give you whats called a "Master Sheet" that shows pictoral instructions on how to do any installs for what ever you buy!! Strongly recommend!!
Here's the double din link:

This is not needed I bought one for 15 bucks and kept both DIC and chimes. You should do a little searching and you would have seen a bunch of other threads about this same subject telling you the same thing. Unless the 07s have the DIC built into the radio (which is news to me, but I do know they changed the deck) you just wasted a bit of money.

Look here.
Or just do a search for "dash kit", averagewhiteboy asked about this a couple of times and gets the same respoce each time. You will loose onstar unless you do some work to relocate your factory unit to some where else. You will also loose steering wheel radio contoles unless you pay more for the adapter.
I also didn't think that cruchfield was pushing the 200+ harness they use to give away a free one with the purchase of a unit.
