EL wire??

Has anyone used this or know a little more about it.. website Glowsticks/ Electroluminescent Lighting/ EL Wire/ Glow Neon Lights

I was thinking about going my sunroof, door sills, and maybe my cup holders with it looks interesting I think

Someone on this forum did it with EL panels under their MRZ door sills, it looked really cool and actually tasteful unlike that vid. Only problem is he said they faded over the course of a few months and now dont light up much at all.

and WHAT?! i didnt even think about it fading.. i wonder if there is any warranty

My cousin had that **** back in the late 90's I don't know if it was the same brand but his worked for several years until he sold his car.

it may have faded so quickly do to faulty wiring and were running when the car was off or something
