ok I need to ask and I hope someone can help, What is the temp the fan is supposed to kick in to cool the engine down? Mines kicks in at around 217 I had did a mod few days ago to wire a switch to cut the fan on as I wanted but the way its modded its to the A/C fan switch not the temp switch in the fuse box under the hood. Has anyone tried that mode and knows what color the wire to the A/C and temp wire is? I was told the grey wire is for the a/c switch and it was wired that way so if the temp did get hot the fan would still operate under normal conditions yet when it kicked on the switch lit up as if it was on and when the fan cooled the engine down the switch lit out. They said the switch for the wires where blue (For the temp) and Grey (for the a/c) can anyone help me out.

is it common to get temps up to 217??? that is really high I think lol. and lemme check if I can find out when the fan kicks in

yea man, i've hit 225 before like 2 days off the lot lol

your honda friends and all will say duuuude your car is overheating and it's not even letting you know! lol
