Switch?
The switch looks good in its place but to be honest, you can bypass that security using a PAC TR-7. All you have to do is program it to mimic the switch. I have it on mine and have done all of them at my shop that way. This is only for us lazy people that want things to just work and not have to push any buttons. Just my two cents.

eh i like my switch
my car.. my stereo... my switch.. and most importantly, MY preference
do whatever you guys want to your cars, and il do whatever i like to mine...

don't me to thread jack... quick question on your switch. I have the alpine IVA-w205 with the two wires for video (one to foot brake and other to parking break) Now can anyone tell me where exactly the best place to splice into the foot brake wire is? I have a 12-volt source to a switch and the switch is grounded to bypass the parking brake just can't figure out where to place the damn foot brake wire. Thanks for any help.
