fitting faceplate...

i have an alpine cda-9805 face plate and wanted to know if it could fit on any other alpine headunit, i am asking this because i found a site that sells headunits w/o faceplate for cheap.

probably because they were stolen

It depends on the model. Some change the connectors between models.
