Grand Prix aftermarket radio issue

I just installed an aftermarket radio in my Grand Prix, and now none of my dash/steering wheel/window control lights work. Everything is functional, and my dome light and floor lighting work, including all the warning lights on my dash all work fine, but the speedo/tach, hvac, steering wheel, shifter, and door control illumination lights don't work. I'm hoping it's just a fuse, but I can't figure out which one. Does the orange illumination wire on the radio harness have to be wired to something? here's a pic of what's happening. I know it's not a cobalt, but I was hoping maybe someone here has experience with this. I already checked to see if it was a tail light fuse or something, and it's not.

Cliff notes: Installed radio, cluster/hvac lights non functional. Dome light works. Everything works otherwise.

No? I can live without it if I can't fix it. I'm going to try installing the stock radio tomorrow and see what happens.

I figured it out. The orange illumination wire was grounding. Needed more tape.
